Terms of Service

This site is run by XQ9 Tech LLC ("XQ9 Tech", "we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms. This site is for adults 21 and over only.

We design and build progressive web apps (PWAs) and perform security testing. We are not currently accepting new client projects. Nothing on this site is an offer.

We only test systems that we own or have written permission to test. We do not test systems belonging to other people without their written authorization naming the systems, scope and dates.

This site is provided as is. A security test finds issues within an agreed scope and time and cannot prove that a system is completely secure.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

The content of this site belongs to XQ9 Tech LLC. Project names shown in our portfolio belong to their owners.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
